This class is designed to assist White people in recognizing the bias and racism that exists inside of them that you are unable to see. Understand that the POC around you see and feel it..
Everyone benefits in a society where everyone has more access to power. We have much more in common with one another than we have acknowledged.
This system is functioning as it was created to function. There is nothing accidental about the system of racism. There must be intentional action to dismantle it just as there was intentional action to build it. That requires open hearts and open minds to a degree never before experienced and a willingness to be better.
LEARN TO:

BRING INTO FOCUS THE RACISM THAT LIVES WITHIN AND ALL AROUND YOU.

DEVELOP BENEFICIAL LANGUAGE TO SPEAK ABOUT RACISM WITH OTHERS.

MOVE INTO ACTIONS THAT ASSIST YOU IN BEING A BENEFICIAL PRESENCE IN THE LIVES OF BLACK PEOPLE. THEREFORE, TO YOUR WORLD.
TACKLING RACISM IS SOMETIMES EASIER
WITH PEOPLE THAT YOU KNOW.
I WILL CREATE A CLASS SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR GROUP
WORKPLACE * SOCIAL GROUPS * FAMILIES * FRIENDS.

FEEL FREE TO JOIN IN A CLASS WITH OTHERS.
