The words come up in conversations all the time,

"WE NEED EACH OTHER!" These conversations blow my mind. I'm honored to be the facilitator of these talks surrounding racism and gender equality.  I see and hear such joy when a person is being heard...truly and truth is spoken unapologetically. Hearts are cracked wide open. Tears are shed. Healing begins.
